It's Fried
It's official. I just got word from the computer place. My tower is absolutely fried. Stuff has seeped out onto the mother board. I'm so bummed. He said it was the most catastrophic case of lightning damage he's ever seen.

Haven't called my insurance guy yet. I've got a $500 deductible, so, I might as well just get a new tower and forget the claim. Ugh!
That sucks ... no way to get anything off the old one, huh? I guess if stuff is leaking out, that probably won't happen!
